We do not have currently any retail store. We mostly sell directly through this very online store you’re browsing right now.

Payments

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or directly payment through PayPal. We plan in introducing very soon Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay as well.

Shipping

We ship to almost every country in the world.

This will vary depending on (but not limited to)

  • the items you’ve purchased
  • your shipping address
  • the delivery method selected during checkout

On average, after 1-2 business days of processing time after your order, shipping might take between 7 and 21 business days. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee, and you’ll generally receive your parcels much sooner.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow twenty four hours at least for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves the warehouse, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. if for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your item back within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us through this form and we’ll make things right.

To return an item please follow the steps below:

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
